Returns & Exchanges

We understand that our product might not be right for you for various reasons. Femme Affair London is accepting returns only. We offer a full refund (excluding all shipping costs, custom duties, charges and/or taxes).

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return it to us.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on made to measure items.

All products must be returned in the original packaging, including any boxes, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials, including Femme Affair London attached tags and security ribbon. All returned items must be without damages, alterations, stains, marks or odours.

Before dispatching all orders we check every product thoroughly to make sure that it is not faulty and quality is to our highest standards, therefore, if you receive a faulty item, please email our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order on contact@femmeaffairlondon.com, sending us pictures of any damage so we can rectify it. We will not be liable for any damages reported beyond this point.

How to return UK orders:

  1. Email us on contact@femmeaffairlondon.com stating the reason of your return.

  2. We will send you a prepaid DPD return label. Return cost is fixed at £4.99 and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  3. Prepare your return and send the product/s back to us.

  4. As soon as your return has reached our Head Office we will send you an email confirmation.

  5. Refund will be issued within 5 working days depending on your bank. 

How to return International orders:

  1. Email us on contact@femmeaffairlondon.com stating the reason of your return.

  2. We will send you our Return Form.
  3. Complete and include the Return Form together with a returned item. The Return Form is required. Products without a completed form will not be accepted for return. 

  4. Prepare your return and send the product/s back to the address referred in our Return Form. We suggest using a fully tracked delivery service to guarantee return will reach us safely as we are not responsible for any lost items.

  5. As soon as your return has reached our Head Office we will send you an email confirmation.

  6. Refund will be issued within 5 working days depending on your bank.
