We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the UK.

When placing your order please ensure that the shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

We are not responsible for any lost or missing orders that have been signed for at a building, such as an office address, that has been provided for delivery. We recommend that customers provide a secure delivery address, to ensure that their orders are received safely.

Should you fail to accept your delivery and the order is returned to us, you will be eligible for the shipping costs.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email, which will include the shipment tracking number for your reference.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international deliveries are sent via Tracked and Signer service. Please follow checkout as normal and select your country. If it's not listed please email us on contact@femmeaffairlondon.com.

SHIPPING FEES BY REGION

TAXES AND DUTIES

Due to the change in the UK's relationship with the EU that came into into effect on 1st January 2021, all shipments outside the UK will be shipped on a 'Delivered Duty Unpaid' (DDU) basis and may, therefore, be subject to import duties and taxes.

This means that you will need to take responsibility for any applicable taxes, duties and handling fees for your designated country, none of which are included in the purchase price.

If you are unsure of the charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information prior to placing your order.

Please ensure to follow the returns process as we are not responsible for taxes and duties on receipt of your return. If Femme Affair London is issued with an invoice, we will deduct this from your refund amount.
